Payment of leave with employment service checks
The employment service check includes payment for leave. The terms are as follows:
- the agreed monthly net salary is increased;
- this increase is 10%.
Consequently, holidays are effectively prepaid with each payment.
Taking leave with employment service checks
In case of absence for holidays, there is no no salary payment for the period of absence.
Good to know: this system is the same for many contract workers on fixed-term contracts. This is not specific to the employment service check.
