Customer relationship
The in-store salesperson maintains a daily and close relationship with his customers. He welcomes customers, advises them and accompanies them in their choice by presenting them with products that may suit them.

What qualities are needed?
Impeccable
The seller must have an irreproachable presentation: well-groomed, clean-shaven for men, impeccable clothes. Some brands impose a dress code or provide their employees with uniforms.
Kind and personable
The salesperson must have a good character, be able to stay calm when a customer gets angry and stay smiling at all times.

The seller must know his product like the back of his hand. He must keep abreast of new products and the technical characteristics of the objects he sells.
