You are a job seeker and decide to become self-employed. You benefit :
- maintaining your unemployment benefits for a maximum period of 15 months from the creation of your company;
- or their payment in the form of capital ;
- workshops and personalized advice from the Pôle emploi;
- possible financial help ;
- the Accre system which offers you reductions on the social charges due on your self-employed activity.
Who can receive Accre?
To benefit from theAccreyou must be compensated job seeker.
If you do not receive compensation, you can still benefit from this scheme if you are:
- registered for at least 6 months at the Pôle emploi;
- aged 18 to 25;
- aged 26 to 29 without having worked enough to obtain unemployment benefits;
- beneficiary of active solidarity income (RSA);
- employee taking over your business in difficulty or creating a business in a sensitive urban area.
The Accre system reduces the amount of your social security contributions
Accre lightens over 3 years the amount of social contributions compared to the traditional auto-entrepreneur system.
Thus, for a sales activity you will pay (for 2013):
- 3.5% for the 1st year;
- then 7%;
- and 10.5% in the 3rd year (compared to 14% without Accre).
For a service activityyou will pay:
- 6.2%;
- then 12.3%;
- and 18.5% (against 24.6% without Accre).
For the liberal activitiesyou will pay:
If covered by the Social Regime for the Self-Employed (RSI)
- 6.2%;
- then 12.3%;
- and 18.5% (against 24.6% without Accre).
If covered by Cipav
- 5.4% in the 1st year;
- then 10.7%;
- and 16% in the 3rd year (compared to 21.3% without Accre).
When should you apply for Accre?
From the creation of your company, you have 45 days to submit your file to the competent CFE (consult the CFE directory to find out which CFE you depend on).
Simply fill in the Cerfa 13 584*01 form which allows you to declare your business and apply for Acrre at the same time.
