Overtime
Overtime is performed by the employee outside the legal working hours. These hours are better remunerated, but their annual volume is limited. Under certain conditions, they allow the employee to benefit from compensatory rest.
Additional hours
Additional hours concern employees who do not work full time and do not allow the employee to exceed the legal working time. Additional hours worked beyond a volume of 10% of the working time provided for in the contract are increased.
