100% paid parental leave at MSD France
In the series of companies where it is good to be a parent, we ask MSD France. Since the beginning of April, the pharmaceutical lab has been offering its parent employees, who have been present for more than a year, to take parental leave paid at 100% of the base salary, upon the arrival of a child (birth or adoption), and this up to 12 weeks. As a reminder, parental leave corresponds to a total interruption (if you wish to stop full-time) or partial (if you wish to reduce your professional activity by a few hours), after the arrival of a child in your home. Periods not worked are normally not paid.
